
BAKPİ STUFFED CHICKEN
Materials
Bakpi whole chicken, butter, lemon, rice, chicken broth, tomato paste, yogurt
Preparation
Boil the whole Bakpi chicken in a deep bowl with lemon on it. Simultaneously cook the rice with chicken broth in a saucepan. After the Bakpi chicken is cooked, fill it with rice pilaf. Mix the yogurt and tomato paste in a bowl and spread over the whole chicken. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
