BAKPİ SCHNITZEL

Materials

4 fillets of Bakpi chicken breast, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
For the coating: 5 tablespoons of flour, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1.5 cups of breadcrumbs
For frying: 1.5 cups sunflower oil

Preparation

Cut the Bakpi chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Cover the chicken with cling film and thin it with a meat hammer to prevent the chicken from falling apart. Salt and pepper both sides of the fillets. Whisk the eggs together with the mustard in a bowl. Add the flour and breadcrumbs separately to a flat plate. Dip both sides of the thinned chicken slices first in flour, then in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Then add the fillets to the hot oil in the pan and fry for 5-6 minutes.
