BAKPİ MUSHROOM CHICKEN SAUTE

Materials

600 grams of Bakpi chicken breast, 300 grams of cultivated mushrooms, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 green peppers, 2 capia peppers, 1 tomato, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Saute the chicken breasts that you cut into cubes until the water is absorbed. Then add the chopped red and green peppers and mix together for a few minutes. Then add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for about 10-15 minutes until they release their water and shrink. Add the spices along with the tomatoes you cut into small cubes and mix them together. Let it cook for about 10 minutes. Turn off your stove after your food is cooked.
