BAKPİ GRILLED CHICKEN

Preparation

Mix grated onion, grated garlic, tomato paste, oil, salt and spices in a deep bowl,

Put the Bakpi Wings in the sauce, mix well and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours,

Heat the grill to the highest setting,

Arrange on Bakpi Wings, reduce the heat to medium and cook both sides until the wings are nicely browned.

For the marinade

4 tablespoons of yogurt

Half a head of grated onion

4-5 heads of garlic, grated

Juice of half a lemon

2 tablespoons of olive oil + vegetable oil

1 teaspoon of chili paste

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 teaspoon of dried mint

Materials

500g bakpi chicken wings,

1 teaspoon of tomato paste,

1 small onion,

2 cloves of garlic,

1 tablespoon of oil,

1 teaspoon of thyme,

1 teaspoon of dried mint,

1 teaspoon of paprika,

Salt.
