Materials
1 kilogram of Bakpi chicken wings, 1 tablespoon of pepper paste, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
After washing and draining the Bakpi chicken wings, cut them with a knife.

Wrap the chicken wings with cling film and leave them in the refrigerator for an hour.
After placing the chicken wings you have kept in the refrigerator on a tray with greaseproof paper, place them in the oven you have set to 190 degrees. After cooking at this temperature for 45 minutes, we can serve the chickens.
