BAKPİ CHICKEN WING

Materials

450 grams Bakpi chicken wings
For the sauce: 1.5 tablespoons of yoghurt, 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of pepper paste, 1 clove of grated garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1/2 black pepper, 1 teaspoon of thyme, a little cumin, salt

After washing 450 grams of Bakpi chicken wings, drain the water.
For the chicken sauce; Add one and a half tablespoons of yogurt and one and a half tablespoons of olive oil into a bowl. Then put a teaspoon of pepper paste and a clove of grated garlic on it. Finally, add half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, half a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of salt and thyme, and a little cumin and mix well.
Then you can start the marinating process. After the marinade you make by adding chicken wings into the bowl, placing the wings in a Teflon pan and frying them on medium heat, your meal will be ready!
