BAKPİ CHICKEN TANTUNI

Materials

500 grams of Bakpi chicken breast, 4 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, ½ teaspoon of ground red pepper
To put between the bread: 1 onion, ½ bunch of parsley, 1 tomato

Preparation

Chop the Bakpi chicken into small cubes and place in the pan. Add enough water to cover it. After the chickens are drained, add the oil and spices and fry. Chop your tomatoes into small cubes and your onions into piyaz. Add salt and parsley and mix together. Serve your roasted chicken wrapped in lavash with the onion, parsley and tomato you have prepared.
