
BAKPİ CHICKEN LIVER HEART ROASTING
Materials
Bakpi chicken liver heart, olive oil, capia pepper, onion, green pepper, clove, cumin, chili pepper, thyme, salt
Preparation
Chop the Bakpi chicken liver and heart into cubes and boil for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Afterwards, fry it for a few minutes with olive oil in the pan used until now. Add the onions, capia peppers and green peppers and fry for a few more minutes. Finally, add the spices and salt.
