
BAKPİ CHICKEN KEBAB WITH PEAR ON PAPER
Materials
1 peeled and chopped pear, 3 diced potatoes, 1 bowl of shallot, 300 grams of diced bakpi chicken breast, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, enough salt and ground black pepper, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 dessert spoon of honey
Preparation
Take the pear, potato, onion and bakpi chicken in a bowl, add thyme, salt and pepper and mix. Then add garlic, olive oil and honey and mix all the ingredients. Lay greaseproof paper on the baking tray and spread the material you prepared on the greaseproof paper and cover with another greaseproof paper by curling the edges. Bake in a controlled manner in a preheated 180 degree oven.
