BAKPİ CHICKEN FILLET DONER

Materials

Bakpi doner kebab fillet, grated onion, tomato paste, olive oil, thyme, cumin, yoghurt, salt

Preparation

Add tomato paste, olive oil, grated onions and spices to the yogurt and mix well. Mix the fillet cut into thin slices with the sauce you prepared. Put the fillets on top of each other, wrap them in cling film and leave in the freezer for 1 night.
Leave the fillet out of the freezer at room temperature for 10-15 minutes and cut into thin slices. Fry in olive oil.
Enjoy your meal.
