
BAKPİ CHICKEN FAJITAS
Materials
Chicken section; 500 grams boneless skinless chicken grilled meat, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3-4 cloves of finely crushed garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, red ground pepper, black pepper, cumin, salt
For the vegetable part; 2 medium onions, 3-4 green peppers, 2 red meat peppers, 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, black pepper
Preparation
First, cut the chicken and vegetables in julienne. Add the chicken in a bowl, add soy sauce, garlic, olive oil and spices and mix well. Put your vegetables in a separate bowl and add olive oil and spices on it. Cook your vegetables and chicken in two separate teflon pans. After cooking both of them for about 20 minutes, put them in the same pan and cook them together for a few minutes, then turn off your stove.
Dinner is ready, enjoy.
