BAKPİ CHICKEN COKERTME KEBAB

Materials

2 Bakpi chicken breasts, 2 large potatoes, 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of thyme, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, 1 clove of grated garlic, salt.
For the sauce: 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 grated garlic clove, some thyme, 1 tea glass of water
For yogurt: 1.5 cups of yogurt, 1 clove of grated garlic, salt.

Preparation

First, cut 2 Bakpi chicken breasts in julienne. To marinate chickens; Put 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of thyme, half a teaspoon of black pepper, 1 clove of grated garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl and mix well. Then add the chopped chicken into it and mix together. Then pour oil in a saucepan and cook your chickens thoroughly on both sides.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into matchstick thins and fry them in oil. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small pan, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and fry for about a minute. Then, slowly pour 1 tea glass of water into the tomato paste you have roasted and open its consistency. Cook for a few more minutes.
Add the amount of yoghurt specified in the ingredients into a bowl, add grated garlic and a little salt and whisk well.
For serving, add yogurt to the bottom of a large plate, place the fried potatoes on it, and finally add your chicken to the potatoes. Then pour the sauce you prepared on your plate.
