
BAKPİ CHICKEN BUTTERFLY CHOPS
Materials
8 Bakpi butterfly chickens, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 teaspoons of thyme, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 4 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of chili powder
Preparation
Start by washing and draining the Bakpi butterfly chickens.
For the sauce; Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 teaspoons of thyme, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 4 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika and 2 cloves of grated garlic into the bowl and mix well.
Add the chickens to the sauce you have prepared for the marinade of the chickens. You can keep the chicken in a covered container with the sauce for better taste.
Chickens cooked in the pan in 20 minutes will be ready to be served!
