
BAKPİ CHICKEN ALEXANDER
Materials
1 Bakpi chicken breast, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 4 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper, ½ teaspoon of curry, ½ teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
For the sauce: 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, ½ tablespoon of pepper paste, 1 glass of hot water, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper
For service; 2 roasted peppers, 1 tomato, 2 tablespoons of strained yogurt, ½ cubed nail pita, 1 teaspoon of butter
Preparation
Take the yogurt in a bowl, add black pepper, salt, thyme, red pepper, garlic, cumin, curry, garlic and olive oil and mix well. Add the thinly sliced chicken into the sauce you have prepared and marinate. When you pour oil in a pan and start to heat, place your chickens in the pan and fry them on both sides.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the tomato paste. Then add the pepper and salt. After adding the hot water, mix it a little and let the tomato paste come to a consistency.
Roast the tomatoes and peppers on the stove or in the oven for serving. Add the bread you cut into cubes on the butter you melted in a pan. Then add the breads first, then the chicken and yogurt on a serving plate. Place the roasted peppers and tomatoes next to the plate. Finally, pour the sauce you prepared on the serving plate.
