Materials

1 Bakpi chicken breast, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 4 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper, ½ teaspoon of curry, ½ teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
For the sauce: 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, ½ tablespoon of pepper paste, 1 glass of hot water, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper
For service; 2 roasted peppers, 1 tomato, 2 tablespoons of strained yogurt, ½ cubed nail pita, 1 teaspoon of butter

Preparation

Take the yogurt in a bowl, add black pepper, salt, thyme, red pepper, garlic, cumin, curry, garlic and olive oil and mix well. Add the thinly sliced ​​chicken into the sauce you have prepared and marinate. When you pour oil in a pan and start to heat, place your chickens in the pan and fry them on both sides.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the tomato paste. Then add the pepper and salt. After adding the hot water, mix it a little and let the tomato paste come to a consistency.
Roast the tomatoes and peppers on the stove or in the oven for serving. Add the bread you cut into cubes on the butter you melted in a pan. Then add the breads first, then the chicken and yogurt on a serving plate. Place the roasted peppers and tomatoes next to the plate. Finally, pour the sauce you prepared on the serving plate.
