BAKPİ BAKED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH CHICKEN

Materials

2 tablespoons of olive oil, 200 grams of cubed bakpi chicken, 1 bowl of Brussels sprouts, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, salt, pepper
For the bechamel sauce; 1.5 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 glasses of milk, 1 teaspoon of grated coconut

Preparation

Saute the Bakpi chicken in olive oil. Boil the Brussels sprouts until soft, chop coarsely and place on the baking tray with the sauteed chicken. Start making the béchamel sauce; Fry the flour in butter, add the milk and coconut and start whisking to avoid lumps. Pour the cooked sauce over the chicken and Brussels sprouts, then add the cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven in a controlled manner.
