Fresh products keep their freshness in the refrigerator (0/3°C) until the expiration date, and in the freezer for 3 months.
Frozen products can be stored in a deep freezer (-18 °C) for 1 year.
It should be thawed in the refrigerator and the thawed product should not be refrozen.
